Hypnotherapy is a mind–body modality that many people find helpful for working with patterns at a subconscious level Whether you're working to reduce chronic pain, shift unhelpful habits, increase motivation, or overcome fears and phobias, Leigh offers gentle and empowering hypnotherapy sessions to to support meaningful and sustainable change.
This process can support healthy eating, behaviour change, and emotional freedom, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for balance and wellbeing.
Hypnotherapy can be used alongside other approaches when people feel stuck or would like additional support beyond traditional talk therapy. Some people find hypnotherapy helpful in managing symptoms or patterns associated with issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), food aversions, fears and phobias, performance or motivation difficulties, and habit change. Suitability depends on individual circumstances.
Sessions come with Mp3 recordings . Leigh has over 16 years experience as a Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapist. She draws on her vast skillset & experience to assist clients with a range of issues. Leigh is also a Clinical Hypnotherapy Supervisor, Trainer & Mentor for the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy Psychotherapy & teaches Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) focused foundation level training in Clinical Hypnotherapy-Psychotherapy. Medicare Bulk Billing & Mental Health Care Plan are not available for this service, however most Health fund rebates do apply with or without a GP referral.

Medicare rebates do not apply to hypnotherapy. Some health fund rebates apply depending on your level of cover.
Where clinically indicated, psychological therapy is provided separately under AHPRA regulation.
