Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences?
At Transcending Trauma, I offer compassionate, evidence-based psychological therapy to help you navigate life’s challenges, work through trauma, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and behaviours that may be holding you back—whether they stem from past experiences, learned survival adaptations, or deep-seated beliefs.
Through a holistic and trauma-informed approach, I help you gain clarity, process emotions safely, and help you support nervous system balance, so you can move forward with greater ease and resilience.
My therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and values, integrating psychological assessment (if needed) with gentle yet effective therapeutic techniques.

Transpersonal Psychology
Leigh integrates transpersonal psychology, which explores the human experience beyond the individual self, reaching into realms of spirituality, consciousness, and interconnectedness.
Transpersonal psychology offers a unique lens through which we can view our life especially during times of confusion and helplessness. It encourages us to explore the transformative aspects of our existence, helping us find meaning and purpose amidst life's challenges. By emphasizing personal growth and spiritual development, transpersonal psychology fosters a deeper understanding of ourselves and our experiences. This journey can lead to profound self-discovery and transformation, allowing us to reclaim our power and embrace life fully.
