The Issue Is In the Tissue
Supporting people living with trauma, anxiety and depression through a psycho-somatic, transpersonal approach involves reconnecting with your innate body–mind intelligence and wiser-self to support your innate capacity for healing and growth, empowerment, and transformation across spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical dimensions. I support you to explore and work through unhelpful beliefs, emotional patterns, behaviours and lifestyle factors that may be influencing your wellbeing. Through gentle mind-body approaches, we can also work with areas of muscular tension and protective bodily patterns often associated with stress or past experiences, helping you increase awareness, regulation and connection with your body.
In a safe, empathetic, and compassionate space, I invite you to work with me to become embodied, aware, de-armoured and reconnected to your authentic self. This process allows you to feel seen, heard, respected, and understood while navigating the journey towards healing and personal growth.
