In the serene landscapes of southwest Western Australia, there are tranquil havens that are dedicated to healing and transformation. Offering a unique blend of psychosomatic and psychology services, the holistic retreat centers provide a safe space for individuals seeking to overcome trauma, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.

With over a decade of experience, Leigh offers a range of services both in-person and online. Through Telehealth services, Leigh is able to reach veterans and civilians who may not have access to traditional therapy. Additionally, Leigh is about to host webinars on mind-body wellness, providing valuable education and resources to a wider audience. One of the key offerings of the retreats is the capacity to address the mind-body connection in healing, incorporating evidence-based practices to help individuals work through their trauma in a holistic way. By focusing on both the psychological and physiological aspects of trauma, participants are able to experience deep healing and transformation. The retreats offer a variety of activities and therapies, including yoga, breath work, psychosomatic bodywork, Kun Yin feminine energy in motion, meditation, Sensorimotor Art therapy, and Qui Gong. These modalities are carefully selected to help individuals release stored trauma in the body, reduce anxiety and stress, and promote overall emotional well-being. Participants often leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and with a newfound sense of insight, confidence, resilience, self-love and self-respect. As Transcending Trauma continues to grow and expand its reach, its mission to serve those in need remains steadfast. By providing a comprehensive and integrative approach to mental health and wellness, Transcending Trauma aims to make a significant impact in the lives of many. Whether you are struggling with past traumas or simply seeking a deeper level of self-care, the retreats offers a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth.
