In the serene landscapes of southwest Western Australia, we offer restorative mind–body wellness retreats designed to support personal growth, self-awareness and inner balance. These retreats provide a gentle space for reflection, rejuvenation and connection with holistic practices that nurture the mind, body and spirit.

With over a decade of experience in mind–body approaches, Leigh provides a range of wellbeing services both in-person and online. Through Telehealth, she supports veterans and civilians who may have difficulty accessing psychological care locally, and she also hosts webinars on mind–body wellness for those seeking guidance and education.

Our retreats focus on the mind–body connection and offer opportunities to explore personal wellbeing through holistic and experiential practices. Activities may include:

  • yoga and gentle movement

  • breathwork

  • psychosomatic bodywork

  • meditation and mindfulness

  • Sensorimotor art practices

  • feminine embodiment

  • Qi Gong

  • grounding and nature-based activities

These modalities invite participants to reconnect with their inner experience, cultivate self-awareness and explore healthy patterns of relaxation, presence and emotional balance. Many participants describe leaving with a renewed sense of clarity, connection and inner calm.

Transcending Trauma’s mission is to offer accessible spaces for personal exploration, self-care and mind–body wellbeing. Whether you are seeking restorative time away or looking to deepen your personal growth, these retreats provide a nurturing environment for reflection and renewal.

Important Notice

Transcending Trauma retreats are holistic wellbeing programs and are not psychological therapy, trauma treatment or a substitute for clinical mental health care.Psychological services are offered separately by a Registered Psychologist under AHPRA regulation.Participation in a retreat does not constitute psychological treatment, and Medicare rebates do not apply.
